激光切割機的(de)(de)(de)控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統很大程度(du)上決定了(le)激光(guang)切(qie)割機的(de)(de)(de)“智(zhi)力(li)”,除(chu)了(le)機床、伺服電機、激光(guang)器以(yi)外,激光(guang)切(qie)割機控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統應該是最關(guan)(guan)鍵的(de)(de)(de)組成(cheng)部分了(le),控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統對于激光(guang)切(qie)割機而言相(xiang)(xiang)當(dang)于人類的(de)(de)(de)大腦(nao),它起著(zhu)相(xiang)(xiang)當(dang)重要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)作用(yong),對于激光(guang)切(qie)割技術的(de)(de)(de)進步與發(fa)展(zhan)也起著(zhu)相(xiang)(xiang)當(dang)關(guan)(guan)鍵的(de)(de)(de)作用(yong)。
目前,激光切割(ge)機(ji)(ji)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統可以(yi)(yi)根據結(jie)(jie)構(gou)劃分為基于PC的(de)(de)開放式(shi)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統和以(yi)(yi)單(dan)片(pian)機(ji)(ji)為核心(xin)結(jie)(jie)合(he)PC的(de)(de)方式(shi),前者利(li)用PC作(zuo)(zuo)為處理(li)平臺,使用并口或PCI等(deng)方式(shi)輸出控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)信(xin)號給激光切割(ge)機(ji)(ji)機(ji)(ji)床。其優(you)點(dian)是(shi)可以(yi)(yi)借助PC豐(feng)富的(de)(de)軟硬(ying)件資(zi)源、系(xi)統較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)易實(shi)現、開發周期(qi)較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)短,但以(yi)(yi)這種方式(shi)實(shi)現的(de)(de)機(ji)(ji)床不能脫離PC獨立(li)運行,成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)也高。后(hou)者屬(shu)于使用單(dan)片(pian)機(ji)(ji)作(zuo)(zuo)為核心(xin)處理(li)器(qi)、結(jie)(jie)合(he)PC協同工作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)激光切割(ge)機(ji)(ji)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統。但單(dan)片(pian)機(ji)(ji)運算能力(li)有限,加工過程(cheng)中(zhong)大量(liang)運算仍需要(yao)PC配合(he)完成(cheng),限制(zhi)(zhi)了其應用,單(dan)片(pian)機(ji)(ji)本(ben)(ben)身也不具(ju)備高速(su)工業通信(xin)口,傳輸大量(liang)激光數(shu)據需要(yao)較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)長的(de)(de)時間。

倍福系統
倍(bei)福系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)是在(zai)基于(yu)(yu)Windows操(cao)作系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de),由于(yu)(yu)Windows系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)非實時性,理論(lun)上講并不適用于(yu)(yu)工(gong)業控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(類似于(yu)(yu)你在(zai)操(cao)作部(bu)分(fen)大規模(mo)網游時突然的(de)(de)卡頓(dun)),但是倍(bei)福系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)聯合了Windows操(cao)作系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)和Twincat控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)軟件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)資源配(pei)比功能(neng),以(yi)(yi)及優(you)先級設定(ding)功能(neng),在(zai)Windows操(cao)作系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)奔(ben)潰的(de)(de)條件(jian)(jian)下,Twincat也(ye)能(neng)正常(chang)運行(xing),屬于(yu)(yu)PLC系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),可以(yi)(yi)集成(cheng)到普通電腦上運行(xing),利用后臺(tai)軟件(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)模(mo)擬信號傳輸,該控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)雖然老,但具(ju)備良好的(de)(de)開(kai)放性。
博楚系統
